clean facilities, serene rooftop terrace, proximity to local attractions
The reception service lacked empathy, especially when room changes were necessary!!! Charging for minor breakages, particularly when items are available nearby for less, is quite petty!!! Noise levels are certainly not ideal, particularly by the ground-level rooms!!!

The real deal or a total steal?
The terrace boasts a gorgeous pool perfect for a refreshing dip, and the friendly staff, especially at reception, enhanced our overall experience with their warm hospitality.
While the location is remarkably central, privacy was lacking in the small room we stayed in, making it less suitable for those seeking solitude.

Honestly, I expected a cozy oasis, yet all I got was low lighting that made me feel like a cave dweller. The so-called complimentary conditioner was nonexistent. just another false promise. If only I had received an upgrade after such disappointing service, I might have considered leaving a good review—but I just couldn't.

The whole story in a nutshell
An absolutely delightful oasis in the heart of bustling Marrakesh! The spacious Luxury Triple Room was beautifully decorated, offering a luxurious feel. The staff provided exceptional service, treating us like family. Breakfast was a daily treat, and the serene rooftop terrace was perfect for unwinding. A truly unforgettable experience!

The staff at Riad Wazani made me feel right at home. From my arrival, they greeted me with traditional tea and pastries, which set a warm tone for my stay. The Luxury Triple Room was impeccably clean, and the decoration was charming, creating a cozy atmosphere. I loved spending time on the terrace. it offered a peaceful retreat away from the bustling square. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a daily selection of fresh pastries and fruits served cheerfully by Ishmil. However, I found the breakfast options a bit repetitive after a few days. There was also some minor noise from outside, especially in the early mornings, which disrupted the otherwise serene environment. Overall, the hospitality and comfort made my stay memorable, despite the few aspects needing improvement.
